Khulisa development
uses a unique combination of tools available in the field of
industrial psychology to empower individuals and organisations
to full potential.
Tools such as development needs analysis,
psychometric
assessments, skills audits and organisational culture audits are
used to determine the potential level of individual and groups.
When potential in different competencies are determined, a range
of tools are then employed to develop areas in need of
development. Tools such as facilitation, coaching, mentoring,
experiential learning etc, each set out in a Personal
Development Plan.
Services rendered to enable organisations are writing of
outcomes-based training material and empowering of organisatonal
ETD Practitioners and facilitators to present the interventions.
Aligning of existing training material to NQF registered unit
standards are also done. Assistance can also be provided in the
process of accrediting Training Providers and Training Divisions
of larger organisations at the relevant SETA’s ETQA division. |
